O processo investiga um suposto plano para manter Bolsonaro no poder ap\u00f3s a derrota nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O que est\u00e1 em jogo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) est\u00e1 julgando Jair Bolsonaro e aliados por supostamente planejarem um golpe de Estado ap\u00f3s as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022, quando Lula venceu.<\/p>\n<h3>O que cada ministro disse<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Alexandre de Moraes:<\/strong> votou para condenar Bolsonaro e os outros r\u00e9us por crimes como organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, tentativa de golpe de Estado e dano ao patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico.\u00a0 <strong>Fl\u00e1vio Dino, <\/strong>acompanhou Moraes, tamb\u00e9m votando pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 <strong>Luiz Fux<\/strong> divergiu dos colegas. Ele disse que o STF n\u00e3o tem compet\u00eancia para julgar o caso, porque os acusados j\u00e1 n\u00e3o ocupam mais cargos com foro privilegiado (o direito de serem julgados diretamente pelo Supremo). Por isso, ele defendeu anular todo o processo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Onde est\u00e1 o impasse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hoje, o processo est\u00e1 na Primeira Turma do STF (5 ministros), mas Fux acha que deveria ser julgado pelo plen\u00e1rio completo (11 ministros), porque, na vis\u00e3o dele, ainda se trata de algo ligado ao per\u00edodo em que Bolsonaro era presidente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual<\/strong><br \/>\nO placar est\u00e1 2 a 0 pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o (Moraes e Dino).
