As mudan\u00e7as come\u00e7am a valer em 1\u00ba de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>A principal novidade \u00e9 que o Mecanismo Especial de Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o (MED) passa a funcionar de forma 100% digital, sem necessidade de contato com o atendimento dos bancos. A contesta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma transa\u00e7\u00e3o suspeita poder\u00e1 ser feita diretamente no aplicativo, dentro do ambiente Pix de cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o BC, o autoatendimento dar\u00e1 mais agilidade ao processo, aumentando a chance de o dinheiro ainda estar dispon\u00edvel na conta do golpista para ser devolvido \u00e0 v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de outras contas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outra mudan\u00e7a importante \u00e9 que, a partir de 23 de novembro, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel recuperar valores n\u00e3o apenas da conta que recebeu o Pix fraudulento, mas tamb\u00e9m de outras contas ligadas ao fraudador. Essa etapa ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3ria a partir de fevereiro de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Com o novo modelo, o MED poder\u00e1 rastrear o caminho do dinheiro, identificar contas suspeitas e permitir a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o em at\u00e9 11 dias ap\u00f3s a contesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO BC espera que a medida aumente a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos e desestimule golpes, j\u00e1 que as contas usadas para fraude tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o bloqueadas para novas opera\u00e7\u00f5es il\u00edcitas\u201d, destacou a institui\u00e7\u00e3o em nota.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que \u00e9 o MED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Mecanismo Especial de Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o foi criado em 2021 e pode ser acionado apenas em casos de fraude comprovada ou erro operacional do banco.
