O Tribunal de Contas do Distrito Federal (TCDF) decidiu, de forma un\u00e2nime, pelo bloqueio de at\u00e9 R$ 2,7 bilh\u00f5es em contas e bens de cinco ex-dirigentes do Banco Regional de Bras\u00edlia (BRB). A medida foi tomada em uma sess\u00e3o fechada realizada na quarta-feira (23) e se refere a irregularidades ligadas a negocia\u00e7\u00f5es do banco com o Banco Master, que foi liquidado em novembro do ano passado pelo Banco Central devido a ind\u00edcios de gest\u00e3o fraudulenta.<\/p>\n
Os ex-dirigentes do BRB t\u00eam um prazo de 30 dias para apresentar suas defesas. O valor exato do bloqueio \u00e9 de R$ 2.761.749.206,55, conforme informado pelo TCDF.<\/p>\n
\n“A medida tem por objetivo resguardar eventual ressarcimento aos cofres p\u00fablicos diante de ind\u00edcios apontados em apura\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a opera\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira”, declarou o tribunal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
O TCDF tamb\u00e9m estabeleceu uma instru\u00e7\u00e3o priorit\u00e1ria para avaliar se outras pessoas envolvidas no caso dever\u00e3o ter seus bens bloqueados. Al\u00e9m disso, o tribunal determinou que, em at\u00e9 24 horas, sejam enviadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es de uma auditoria independente contratada pelo BRB para apurar os preju\u00edzos decorrentes das opera\u00e7\u00f5es com o Banco Master.<\/p>\n
No momento, o BRB encontra-se em desconformidade regulat\u00f3ria, uma vez que n\u00e3o apresentou balan\u00e7os operacionais e patrimoniais desde o ano passado, em desacordo com os prazos legais.<\/p>\n
O caso \u00e9 objeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pela Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Compliance Zero, da Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), sob a supervis\u00e3o do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). H\u00e1 suspeitas de que os ex-dirigentes do banco tenham recebido vantagens indevidas para aprovar a compra de carteiras de cr\u00e9dito fraudulentas do Banco Master, totalizando um valor que pode ultrapassar os R$ 12 bilh\u00f5es.
