Se ocorreu algo, foi uma sucess\u00e3o de equ\u00edvocos que precisaremos investigar\u201d, afirmou Braga durante coletiva de imprensa no \u00faltimo domingo (4).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>O presidente do TRE-MG ressaltou que o uso de celular na cabine de vota\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 considerado crime eleitoral.<\/strong> \u201cAs regras s\u00e3o claras: n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido portar celulares na cabine. Essa pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 irregular e pode resultar em penalidade de deten\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, enfatizou.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, Zema justificou sua a\u00e7\u00e3o, alegando que n\u00e3o foi advertido sobre a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de usar o celular. \u201cEstou sempre com meu celular, e ningu\u00e9m me lembrou de deix\u00e1-lo de lado. Votei normalmente e isso n\u00e3o influenciou meu voto.
