Este epis\u00f3dio ocorre em meio a um contencioso jur\u00eddico que analisa a legalidade do canal \u201cEx\u00e9rcito do Lula\u201d, o qual j\u00e1 havia sido alvo de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pela campanha do candidato Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL), que busca a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato de Andr\u00e9 Janones e a suspens\u00e3o do canal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A decis\u00e3o final sobre o futuro do canal ser\u00e1 discutida pelo plen\u00e1rio do TSE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ponte entre apoio e desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Em um movimento anterior, Kassio Nunes Marques havia determinado a suspens\u00e3o do canal, que conta com mais de 3,4 milh\u00f5es de integrantes<\/strong>. O pedido de suspens\u00e3o foi motivado por alega\u00e7\u00f5es da campanha de Bolsonaro de que o canal disseminava desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo falsas informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o Programa Bolsa Fam\u00edlia e aposentadorias.<\/p>\n<p>No entendimento de Kassio, o canal promovia conte\u00fados j\u00e1 considerados \u201cinver\u00eddicos\u201d pelo TSE, como a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de que Fl\u00e1vio apoiaria a retirada do t\u00edtulo de Nossa Senhora Aparecida como padroeira do Brasil e propostas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de aposentadorias caso fosse eleito.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andr\u00e9 Janones, criador do canal e deputado federal reeleito por Minas Gerais, fez fortes cr\u00edticas \u00e0 suspens\u00e3o.<\/strong> Em v\u00eddeo divulgado nas redes sociais, Janones afirmou que \u201ca censura j\u00e1 come\u00e7ou\u201d e defendeu que o canal foi criado para mobilizar e orientar eleitores no segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais, que ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 25 de outubro entre Lula e Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n<p>Durante um ato de campanha na Avenida Paulista, em S\u00e3o Paulo, Lula contestou a imparcialidade das decis\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias \u00e0 sua candidatura e anunciou que o Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) acionaria a Justi\u00e7a para contestar a suspens\u00e3o. \u201cVamos hoje entrar na Justi\u00e7a com um pedido do nosso partido para equilibrar esse jogo.
