O vice-presidente da Rep\u00fablica e candidato \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, Geraldo Alckmin, reafirmou nesta segunda-feira (12) a import\u00e2ncia de uma Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral imparcial que proteja a liberdade de express\u00e3o. <\/strong> A declara\u00e7\u00e3o surgiu ap\u00f3s questionamentos sobre a imparcialidade da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, especialmente em um contexto de pol\u00eamicas envolvendo a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).<\/p>\n

No dia anterior, o presidente do TSE, Kassio Nunes Marques, determinou o bloqueio<\/a> de um canal no WhatsApp intitulado “Ex\u00e9rcito do Lula”, a pedido do candidato Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro, que acusou o canal de espalhar informa\u00e7\u00f5es falsas. Contudo, a decis\u00e3o foi posteriormente revogada<\/a> pelo corregedor-geral eleitoral, ministro Ricardo Villas B\u00f4as Cu\u00eava, que mandou reativar o canal.<\/p>\n

Um relat\u00f3rio da equipe t\u00e9cnica do TSE, divulgado nesta segunda-feira (12), constatou a aus\u00eancia de publica\u00e7\u00f5es falsas<\/a> no canal “Ex\u00e9rcito do Lula”, que tem como objetivo apoiar o candidato Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT).<\/p>\n

\u201cO que a gente ouve \u00e9 muita reclama\u00e7\u00e3o de plataformas que estariam derrubando os sites e manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 essencial que a Justi\u00e7a seja isenta e mantenha a guarda da liberdade de express\u00e3o e da liberdade pol\u00edtica\u201d, afirmou Alckmin durante uma coletiva de imprensa, ap\u00f3s participar da missa solene em celebra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Nossa Senhora Aparecida, no santu\u00e1rio nacional.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Liberdade religiosa<\/h2>\n

Alckmin tamb\u00e9m abordou a pol\u00eamica em torno da poss\u00edvel perda do t\u00edtulo de padroeira do Brasil por Nossa Senhora Aparecida. <\/strong> O debate emergiu ap\u00f3s surgirem not\u00edcias de que grupos evang\u00e9licos ligados \u00e0 campanha de Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro expressaram descontentamento com o t\u00edtulo. No entanto, Bolsonaro garantiu que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 inten\u00e7\u00e3o de despojar Nossa Senhora dessa honraria nacional.<\/p>\n

\u201cO Brasil \u00e9 um pa\u00eds de paz. Toda forma de viol\u00eancia e atitudes que contradizem nossas tradi\u00e7\u00f5es culturais e religiosas s\u00e3o muito prejudiciais.
