O material, que apresentava uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o antiga como se tivesse sido gravado durante um ato em apoio ao presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva na Avenida Paulista, em S\u00e3o Paulo, foi considerado potencialmente enganoso para os eleitores.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1705173&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1705173&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>O conte\u00fado pol\u00eamico mistura imagens do ato leg\u00edtimo com um outro v\u00eddeo, que mostra uma mulher com cabelo vermelho cheirando um p\u00f3 branco, supostamente coca\u00edna. A campanha de Lula informou que essa grava\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita no Chile e n\u00e3o possui nenhuma rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o na Avenida Paulista, al\u00e9m de j\u00e1 ter circulado nas redes sociais um dia antes do evento no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A decis\u00e3o do ministro atingiu perfis de figuras proeminentes do advers\u00e1rio de Lula no segundo turno, Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL), do senador eleito Carlos Bolsonaro (PL-SC), do influenciador Pablo Mar\u00e7al e do deputado Rony Gabriel (PL-RS). Bellizze exigiu que as postagens fossem removidas em um prazo de 24 horas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com Bellizze, o v\u00eddeo em quest\u00e3o poderia induzir os eleitores ao erro. O ministro ainda orientou a empresa Meta, respons\u00e1vel por plataformas como Facebook e Instagram, a retirar o conte\u00fado do perfil @sociedadeemfatos, caso este n\u00e3o o removesse voluntariamente. Al\u00e9m disso, foi determinado o envio das informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o respons\u00e1vel pela p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A decis\u00e3o representou uma vit\u00f3ria parcial para a campanha de Lula, que aguardava a remo\u00e7\u00e3o do conte\u00fado falso, mas o pedido de multa dirigido \u00e0 defesa do candidato n\u00e3o foi acatado.
