{"id":123270,"date":"2026-10-20T20:43:32","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T23:43:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2026\/10\/20\/agu-tenta-reaver-r-190-milhoes-de-integrantes-do-pcc-e-do-cv"},"modified":"2026-10-20T20:43:32","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T23:43:32","slug":"agu-tenta-reaver-r-190-milhoes-de-integrantes-do-pcc-e-do-cv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2026\/10\/20\/agu-tenta-reaver-r-190-milhoes-de-integrantes-do-pcc-e-do-cv","title":{"rendered":"AGU tenta reaver R$ 190 milh\u00f5es de integrantes do PCC e do CV"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>A Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) deu um passo significativo na luta contra o crime organizado ao protocolar, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (20), quatro a\u00e7\u00f5es civis com o objetivo de recuperar bens avaliados em R$ 190,3 milh\u00f5es vinculados a membros do Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) e do Comando Vermelho.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1705995&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1705995&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Essas a\u00e7\u00f5es foram fundamentadas na nova Lei 15.358 de 2026, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como Lei Antifac\u00e7\u00e3o, que permite o confisco de bens de origem il\u00edcita sem a necessidade de uma condena\u00e7\u00e3o criminal pr\u00e9via.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com uma nota do governo federal, \u201ca iniciativa representa uma nova frente de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo brasileiro no combate ao crime organizado, com o objetivo de identificar, bloquear e recuperar patrim\u00f4nio de origem il\u00edcita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das quatro a\u00e7\u00f5es, tr\u00eas envolvem 87 r\u00e9us e est\u00e3o diretamente ligadas a investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas associadas ao PCC.<\/strong> Estas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es fazem parte das opera\u00e7\u00f5es Marola, Delivery e Contaminatus, que expuseram esquemas de contrabando de cigarros paraguaios e agrot\u00f3xicos proibidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A quarta a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resultado da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Hinterland e visa a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de bens associados ao tr\u00e1fico internacional de coca\u00edna para a Europa e \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro.<\/strong> As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras significativas, al\u00e9m da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de aeronaves, ve\u00edculos de alto padr\u00e3o, empresas de fachada e pedras preciosas.<\/p>\n<p>O governo destacou que \u201ca estrat\u00e9gia da AGU busca ultrapassar a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o individual dos autores dos crimes, alcan\u00e7ando tamb\u00e9m financiadores, benefici\u00e1rios econ\u00f4micos, empresas utilizadas como fachada e familiares envolvidos na oculta\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio il\u00edcito\u201d.
