O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), decidiu nesta sexta-feira (23) pelo bloqueio de at\u00e9 R$ 6 bilh\u00f5es do advogado Willer Tomaz, investigado em um esquema de lavagem de dinheiro. Al\u00e9m disso, foram determinadas a quebra de sigilos banc\u00e1rio, fiscal e cambial, a suspens\u00e3o de passaportes e a suspens\u00e3o das atividades econ\u00f4micas de suas empresas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, conduzida pela Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), surgiu a partir de suspeitas que ligam Tomaz a opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras irregulares no setor de apostas. O montante bloqueado abrange bens m\u00f3veis, im\u00f3veis, embarca\u00e7\u00f5es e aeronaves.<\/p>\n

As medidas dr\u00e1sticas foram adotadas pelo ministro ap\u00f3s a PF revelar que Willer Tomaz havia viajado para Miami, nos Estados Unidos, logo ap\u00f3s ser alvo de uma busca e apreens\u00e3o em agosto, no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Sem Desconto. Esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o investiga irregularidades relacionadas a descontos indevidos nas aposentadorias e concess\u00f5es do INSS.<\/p>\n

O bloqueio tamb\u00e9m foi comunicado ao Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf), ao Banco Central e \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), que dever\u00e3o aplicar as ordens de conten\u00e7\u00e3o. Com a quebra de sigilo, institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras ter\u00e3o que fornecer todos os dados banc\u00e1rios de Willer Tomaz, incluindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a empresa Alcazar Holdings, registrada na Ilha da Madeira, Portugal.<\/p>\n

Recentemente, o advogado ganhou destaque pelo seu v\u00ednculo de amizade com Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL), que \u00e9 candidato nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es. Em declara\u00e7\u00f5es, Fl\u00e1vio negou haver rela\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais com Tomaz, afirmando que se tratam apenas de rela\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais.<\/p>\n
