A ordem, proferida pelo presidente do tribunal, desembargador Maur\u00edcio Kertzman Szporer, inclui uma multa de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o por hora em caso de descumprimento, com a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da Delegacia Geral de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, que poder\u00e1 utilizar drones para monitorar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em resposta \u00e0 decis\u00e3o, o governador da Bahia, Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues, informou em sua conta na rede social X que a Pol\u00edcia Militar e a Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica est\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para identificar motoristas habilitados com categoria D, prontos para conduzir os \u00f4nibus, caso a situa\u00e7\u00e3o necessite dessa interven\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cN\u00e3o vou aceitar o que est\u00e3o fazendo com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o baiana, tentando impedir que as pessoas exer\u00e7am seu direito ao voto. O governo da Bahia revelou que foram encontrados \u00f4nibus em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de opera\u00e7\u00e3o que ainda permaneciam nas garagens durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o feita na data da vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio de Justi\u00e7a e Direitos Humanos da Bahia, Felipe Freitas, compartilhou em uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o na rede social X que recebeu informa\u00e7\u00f5es do sindicato dos trabalhadores do transporte, afirmando que v\u00e1rios motoristas n\u00e3o foram convocados para operar toda a frota. Ele defendeu a necessidade de a\u00e7\u00f5es que garantam que os eleitores n\u00e3o sejam prejudicados por dificuldades de deslocamento.<\/p>\n<p>Para assegurar condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas de transporte para o exerc\u00edcio do voto, o Procon-BA, a Ag\u00eancia Estadual de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos de Energia, Transportes e Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es (Agerba) e a SJDH organizaram a opera\u00e7\u00e3o <em>Vai e Vota<\/em>, com o intuito de fiscalizar a gratuidade do transporte p\u00fablico e receber den\u00fancias durante o segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O prefeito de Salvador, Bruno Reis (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), declarou que a frota estava dispon\u00edvel para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, e atribuiu os problemas enfrentados a quest\u00f5es operacionais nas garagens e a mobiliza\u00e7\u00f5es que atrasaram a sa\u00edda dos ve\u00edculos.
