O andamento das elei\u00e7\u00f5es no segundo turno em S\u00e3o Paulo foi marcado por uma conturbada comunica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do hor\u00e1rio de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, determinada pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Cristiano Zanin. Mais de 80% das se\u00e7\u00f5es eleitorais j\u00e1 haviam fechado quando a decis\u00e3o foi oficialmente informada ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de S\u00e3o Paulo (TRE-SP)<\/strong>, conforme relatou o presidente do TRE-SP, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Encinas Manfr\u00e9, em coletiva \u00e0 imprensa na noite deste domingo (25).<\/p>\n

\u201cA maioria das se\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 estava fechada \u00e0s 17h\u201d, revelou Manfr\u00e9, acrescentando que \u201coitenta por cento ou mais delas j\u00e1 haviam encerrado a vota\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. A notifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial do STF ao TRE-SP chegou apenas \u00e0s 18h17, uma hora e 17 minutos ap\u00f3s o fechamento regulamentar das urnas em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u201cAssim que recebemos [a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial], buscamos cumpri-la e o fizemos imediatamente em S\u00e3o Paulo\u201d, declarou o presidente do TRE-SP.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Interrogado sobre quando as zonas eleitorais foram alertadas sobre a expans\u00e3o do hor\u00e1rio, Manfr\u00e9 n\u00e3o especificou o momento da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, mas garantiu que todas as se\u00e7\u00f5es de vota\u00e7\u00e3o estavam cientes da determina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Apesar do atraso na notifica\u00e7\u00e3o e da impossibilidade de muitos eleitores exercerem seu direito ao voto ap\u00f3s as 17h, Manfr\u00e9 assegurou que n\u00e3o houve preju\u00edzo para o processo eleitoral. \u201cAcredito que n\u00e3o houve preju\u00edzo, pois o hor\u00e1rio de encerramento foi estabelecido em lei\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n

Ele tamb\u00e9m se manifestou sobre as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de que a prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo teria tormentado a ida de eleitores aos locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> pela limita\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00famero de \u00f4nibus em circula\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo Manfr\u00e9, essa quest\u00e3o deve ser analisada pela justi\u00e7a eleitoral e n\u00e3o pelo TRE-SP.<\/p>\n

Substitui\u00e7\u00f5es de Urnas<\/h2>\n
