Policiais militares da 3\u00aa Companhia de Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental, flagraram caminh\u00e3o carregado de forma incorreta com madeira nativa<\/strong>, em Guaratinguet\u00e1. Caso aconteceu neste s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n

Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o o motorista informou n\u00e3o possuir as documenta\u00e7\u00f5es inerentes ao transporte de madeira nativa (nota fiscal e DOF), apresentando apenas documenta\u00e7\u00e3o do veiculo. Conclu\u00edda a confer\u00eancia, ficou identificando um total de 5,5 m\u00b3 de madeira nativa da esp\u00e9cie Tauari. E tamb\u00e9m, diversos tipos de ripa, vigas e prancha.<\/p>\n

Todo material lenhoso foi apreendido e ficou armazenado na sede do 3\u00ba Pelot\u00e3o Ambiental em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o<\/a>, onde aguardar\u00e1 julgamento para destina\u00e7\u00e3o ou destrui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Foi elaborado o Auto de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental, em desfavor do motorista, na empresa respons\u00e1vel pelas madeiras localizada no munic\u00edpio de Guaratinguet\u00e1 e no propriet\u00e1rio da empresa, por transportar madeira nativa sem documento de origem exigidos pela autoridade ambiental.<\/p>\n

Com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa no valor de R$ 1.650,00 reais para cada autor, perfazendo um total de R$ 4.950,00 reais. Foi solicitado ainda a inativa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos junto ao sistema DOF e a suspens\u00e3o das atividades.<\/p>\n
