Uma menina de 15 anos foi estuprada e agredida por um homem de 43,<\/strong> na madrugada do \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (28), em Mongagu\u00e1<\/a>. A Pol\u00edcia Militar prendeu o homem, que confessou o envolvimento, mas alegou ter sido um \u201cato consensual\u201d.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, o crime ocorreu por volta de 1h, na Avenida Nove de Julho, na Vila Atl\u00e2ntica. A PM foi acionada para comparecer ao PS Central para lidar com um caso de estupro. No local, coletaram informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre ve\u00edculo, caracter\u00edsticas do respons\u00e1vel e circunstancias dos fatos.<\/p>\n

Enquanto estavam atendendo a ocorr\u00eancia, receberam outro chamado para investigar um furto de ve\u00edculo. Quando chegaram ao endere\u00e7o, perceberam que o carro citado tinha as mesmas caracter\u00edsticas da apontada pela adolescente como usado na pr\u00e1tica criminosa.<\/p>\n

O propriet\u00e1rio do ve\u00edculo foi reconhecido pela v\u00edtima como autor do estupro. O homem disse que se tratou de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual consentida. Segundo ele, os dois j\u00e1 tinham sa\u00eddo diversas vezes e que h\u00e1 retribui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira. Ele diz ter pago R$ 50,00 na data em quest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Durante vistoria no ve\u00edculo, foi encontrado um canivete, usado supostamente durante amea\u00e7a. A jovem diz ter sido agredida com um soco no rosto e esganada at\u00e9 quase desmaiar. Na ficha m\u00e9dica, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 evid\u00eancias das agress\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Segundo a v\u00edtima, o homem teria dito que queria fazer sexo anal, mas por recusa da adolescente, n\u00e3o fez.<\/p>\n

O homem foi encaminhado para a Delegacia, onde foi interrogado sobre o fato. Conforme o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, foi realizada uma pesquisa pela nome e sobrenome da v\u00edtima e mostrou a rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois no Facebook.<\/p>\n

Foi feita a requisi\u00e7\u00e3o para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exame de corpo de delito junto ao IML, determinando a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o imediata da v\u00edtima ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o, para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exame sexol\u00f3gico, com o objetivo de resguardar prova material do fato.<\/p>\n

O BO aponta ainda que as declara\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o \u201ccontradit\u00f3rias e antag\u00f4nicas\u201d e que os \u201celementos informativos s\u00e3o conflitantes\u201d. Assim, no documento, pede-se a apura\u00e7\u00e3o cuidadosa dos fatos para determinar o grau de responsabilidade. O caso foi registrado na Delegacia Sede de Mongagu\u00e1.<\/p>\n
