Um gerente de um estabelecimento em Praia Grande<\/a> (SP) acabou agredido ao tentar apartar uma briga de clientes<\/strong>, no \u00faltimo domingo (5).<\/p>\n

Como se n\u00e3o bastasse, a agress\u00e3o sofrida pelo gerente n\u00e3o foi um soco ou pontap\u00e9, mas uma garrafada. Agredido, o gerente procurou o 1\u00ba DP de Praia Grande e denunciou o cliente. A suspeita \u00e9 de que o cliente agressor seja menor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Em depoimento, o gerente de 30 anos afirmou que trabalhava normalmente no restaurante, localizado no bairro Tupi, quando, por volta das 22h, percebeu que teve in\u00edcio uma confus\u00e3o entre clientes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Repentinamente, os clientes come\u00e7aram a se agredir e o gerente afirma que resolveu apartar a briga. Um rapaz de camisa branca, ent\u00e3o, pegou uma garrafa de vidro e acertou o gerente. Apesar da agress\u00e3o, o gerente n\u00e3o se feriu gravemente.<\/p>\n

O gerente conseguiu identificar o suspeito, cuja identidade ainda \u00e9 desconhecida. Pela complei\u00e7\u00e3o do agressor, a suspeita \u00e9 de que ele seja menor de idade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Na delegacia, o caso foi registrado como les\u00e3o corporal. O gerente foi encaminhado para realizar exame de corpo de delito e afirmou que deseja representar criminalmente contra o jovem que lhe deu uma garrafada t\u00e3o logo ele seja identificado.<\/p>\n
