A Pol\u00edcia Civil prendeu um homem acusado de aplicar golpes em famosos. Entre as v\u00edtimas est\u00e3o os atores globais Juliana Paes e Murilo Rosa<\/strong>. A pris\u00e3o aconteceu em Jacare\u00ed<\/a>, no Interior de S\u00e3o Paulo e ele \u00e9 acusado de estar envolvido com uma quadrilha especializada em dar golpes. Com o homem foi apreendida uma arma e muni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, ele foi denunciado com outras tr\u00eas pessoas por golpes em que pegavam dinheiro como investimento de artistas e esportistas famosos com promessa de retorno financeiro de at\u00e9 8% do valor investido ao m\u00eas. No esquema, o grupo fez v\u00edtimas como a atriz Juliana Paes , que perdeu R$ 480 mil, e o ator Murilo Rosa.<\/p>\n

Em maio, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico pediu a pris\u00e3o do grupo, que era investigado desde 2017, mas a Justi\u00e7a negou. Desde ent\u00e3o, segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, um dos integrantes est\u00e1 em uma fazenda Jacare\u00ed. Ele foi preso na manh\u00e3 desta segunda depois que a pol\u00edcia cumpriu um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de que ele andava armado na propriedade e teria amea\u00e7ado um vizinho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Com o homem de 41 anos, a pol\u00edcia flagrou uma arma com numera\u00e7\u00e3o raspada, al\u00e9m de muni\u00e7\u00f5es. O homem foi preso em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma e encaminhado para a delegacia. De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, ele vai permanecer preso e vai ser encaminhado para a cadeia de Jacare\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A pol\u00edcia informou que, em depoimento, o homem contou que estava desde mar\u00e7o em Jacare\u00ed, onde adquiriu uma fazenda no bairro Jardim Santana para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de gado de cativeiro. No local, foram encontrados cerca de R$ 200 mil em animais, que eram vendidos no Vale.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil explica que a quadrilha era composta por, pelo menos, 4 pessoas: duas pessoas que convenciam as v\u00edtimas e intermediavam a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e um casal que recebia o dinheiro e, supostamente, deveria fazer aplica\u00e7\u00f5es na compra de ve\u00edculos seminovos por meio de uma empresa de fachada.<\/p>\n

As v\u00edtimas eram convencidas pela quadrilha de que receberiam lucro entre 4% e 8% ao m\u00eas. O investimento previa, segundo os golpistas explicavam, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de carros seminovos no mercado a baixos pre\u00e7os. Depois, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o revenderia esses carros a concession\u00e1rias com sobrepre\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O dinheiro recebido, por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o vinha do investimento, mas sim, de novas v\u00edtimas que passavam a integrar o esquema. Os criminosos repassavam, nos primeiros meses, algum retorno financeiro \u00e0s v\u00edtimas, para conferir alguma credibilidade ao neg\u00f3cio e fazer com que as v\u00edtimas trouxessem novos interessados ao esquema.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dessa maneira, eles fizeram como v\u00edtimas atores como Juliana Paes, que perdeu R$ 480 mil com os estelionat\u00e1rios, al\u00e9m do ator Murilo Rosa e do ex-jogador Luiz Fabiano.<\/p>\n
