A Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental prendeu uma dupla em S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a>. Eles foram autuados por realizarem a ca\u00e7a de animais silvestres<\/strong> dentro da Unidade de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o (UC) da Serra do Mar. A pris\u00e3o foi nesse domingo (12) e de acordo com os policiais, o valor das autua\u00e7\u00f5es chegou a quase R$ 35 mil.<\/p>\n

Segundo a PMA, uma equipe da 1\u00aa Companhia do 3\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o Ambiental estava realizando vistorias no interior do Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar – N\u00facleo Itutinga Pil\u00f5es. O objetivo era evitar crimes ambientais de ca\u00e7a, extra\u00e7\u00e3o de palmito jussara, pesca e desmatamento. S\u00f3 que era necess\u00e1rio o deslocamento a p\u00e9 por uma \u00e1rea de dif\u00edcil acesso da mata.<\/p>\n

Durante o patrulhamento, os policiais passaram por diversas armadilhas para ca\u00e7a de animais silvestres at\u00e9 chegarem a um rancho de ca\u00e7adores. Eles perceberam que o local estava com ind\u00edcios de presen\u00e7a recente de pessoas. Os agentes seguiram pela \u00e1rea de mata e localizaram dois homens com roupas camufladas e espingardas.<\/p>\n

No local, foi observada a supress\u00e3o da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o de floresta em est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da \u00c1rea de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente (APP). Os infratores foram detidos e v\u00e3o responder por pr\u00e1tica de ca\u00e7a de animais silvestres e por entrar em uma Unidade de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do gestor. Mas tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o de responder pelos crimes de supress\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa em APP dentro de uma Unidade de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e por porte irregular de arma de fogo. No total, as autua\u00e7\u00f5es aplicadas foram de R$ 34.940.<\/p>\n

Os policiais apreenderam quatro “canh\u00e3ozinhos” (objeto artesanal com poder de fogo), um apito utilizado para atrair animais silvestres, quatro fac\u00f5es, uma fa\u00e7a, dois machados, quatro lanternas e um serrote. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m foram encontrados um pote com balas de chumbo, 100 gramas de p\u00f3lvora, 23 muni\u00e7\u00f5es, 0,5 kg de milho a granel e duas espingardas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A ocorr\u00eancia foi apresentada na Delegacia Sede de S\u00e3o Vicente, onde foi registrada a pris\u00e3o em flagrante dos envolvidos. A dupla permaneceu no local \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
