Segundo a pol\u00edcia, agentes foram para o bairro Jardim Ribamar ap\u00f3s receberem den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima sobre captura de p\u00e1ssaros silvestres. No local, a equipe encontrou o suspeito preparando uma armadilha para atrair p\u00e1ssaros. Ele confessou a pr\u00e1tica e autorizou que os agentes entrassem em sua resid\u00eancia para conferir os demais animais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

No local, os agentes encontraram mais cinco aves. Perguntado se possu\u00eda autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para mant\u00ea-las em cativeiro, o suspeito negou. Em continua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vistoria, foram localizadas mais 18 aves silvestres. O homem, entretanto, disse que estas eram de seu cunhado, que se apresentou no local e confessou ser propriet\u00e1rio dos animais, tamb\u00e9m sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O primeiro suspeito, por ter sido flagrado capturando p\u00e1ssaros silvestres, foi conduzido pela pol\u00edcia ao 1\u00b0 DP de Peru\u00edbe, onde foi feito o registro de boletim de ocorr\u00eancia. Segundo a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP) de S\u00e3o Paulo, o homem foi liberado ap\u00f3s assinar um termo de compromisso para se apresentar ao Juizado Especial Criminal (Jecrim) e terem sido geradas multa de R$ 3 mil pela posse dos animais e de R$ 500 por ter sido visto no ato de captura de animais silvestres sem possuir autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a PM Ambiental, o cunhado do ent\u00e3o suspeito n\u00e3o foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia, mas recebeu multa no valor de R$ 14 mil por manter em cativeiro 18 aves silvestres sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. A pasta ainda informa que um dos p\u00e1ssaros mantidos em cativeiro, conhecido como pixox\u00f3, \u00e9 da esp\u00e9cie\u00a0Sporophila frontalis<\/em>, que est\u00e1 na lista de animais amea\u00e7ados de extin\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A pol\u00edcia informou que soltou os animais apreendidos ainda na ter\u00e7a-feira (14), em local prop\u00edcio e natural, devido ao estado de nervosismo dos animais.<\/p>\n
