Homem \u00e9 preso em flagrante pela Guarda Ambiental, enquanto desmatava \u00e1rea de Reserva Legal<\/strong> no bairro Ribeir\u00f3polis, em Praia Grande<\/a>. Ele utilizava uma motoserra para destruir vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o do local.<\/p>\n

A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte dos trabalhos de monitoramento de \u00e1reas para evitar invas\u00f5es e constru\u00e7\u00f5es irregulares em Praia Grande.<\/p>\n

Os guardas realizavam patrulhamento pelo bairro em uma \u00e1rea cujo acesso \u00e9 feito pela Avenida Fl\u00e1vio Monteiro de Castro. Quando surpreenderam o homem desmatando a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o com um machado e uma motosserra. De acordo com o GCM Ochai, foram identificadas duas \u00e1reas com dano somado em 554 metros quadrados.<\/p>\n

Multas por desmatamento de \u00e1rea ambiental<\/h2>\n

O criminoso foi levado para a delegacia e foi autuado por destruir floresta considerada de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente e por usar motoserra em florestas sem licen\u00e7a. \u201cAs multas partem de R$ 5 mil at\u00e9 R$ 50 mil por hectare ou fra\u00e7\u00e3o (do desmatamento). Somadas a R$ 1 mil pela apreens\u00e3o da motosserra. Lembrando que, pelo fato do crime ter ocorrido em zona de amortecimento de unidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, os valores dobram\u201d, explicou Ochai.<\/p>\n

As \u00e1reas que j\u00e1 foram congeladas em Praia Grande est\u00e3o localizadas nos seguintes bairros: Nova Mirim, Ant\u00e1rtica, Ribeir\u00f3polis e Tupiry. Al\u00e9m desses quatro locais, outros 14 s\u00e3o monitorados pela comiss\u00e3o especial, inclusive, com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens de moderno sat\u00e9lite e tamb\u00e9m de drones.<\/p>\n

As for\u00e7as-tarefas nessas \u00e1reas s\u00e3o efetuadas de forma conjunta com as secretarias municipais de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Sehab), Assuntos de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Seasp), Urbanismo (Seurb), Assist\u00eancia Social (Seas), Servi\u00e7os Urbanos (Sesurb). Tamb\u00e9m fazem parte dos trabalhos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de seguran\u00e7a como a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), Grupamento Ambiental da Cidade, al\u00e9m das pol\u00edcias Militar, Militar Ambiental, Civil e o Radiopatrulhamento A\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n

Den\u00fancias sobre desmatamento de \u00e1reas ou descarte irregular de res\u00edduos da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil e acionamento para resgate de animais silvestres podem ser feitas pelos telefones 199 e 153.<\/p>\n
