A determina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 da Justi\u00e7a do Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Giba tem dois filhos, Nicoll, de 16 anos, e Patric, de 12 anos, com a romena Cristina Pirv, sua ex-mulher e ex-jogadora de v\u00f4lei, que entrou com um processo para receber R$ 300 mil.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 2017, Giba busca na Justi\u00e7a a redu\u00e7\u00e3o no valor da pens\u00e3o. Sendo assim, ele afirma que o redimento caiu com a aposentadoria do v\u00f4lei. No acordo feito em 2013, o ex-jogador deveria pagar R$ 15 mil por m\u00eas.
