O vereador Gugu Mil Grau (PSD), pol\u00edtico ativo na cidade de Praia Grande<\/a>, anunciou em suas redes sociais que o munic\u00edpio contar\u00e1 com uma nova constru\u00e7\u00e3o gigantesca.<\/strong> Uma arena com espa\u00e7o para mil torcedores.<\/p>\n

O est\u00e1dio ser\u00e1 da Portuguesa Santista, e estar\u00e1 localizado ao lado do Litoral Plaza Shopping, na avenida\u00a0Ayrton Senna da Silva, bairro Xixov\u00e1. A estimativa \u00e9 de gerar cerca de 1500 empregos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cAcredito que vamos dar um passo importante para o futuro do esporte na cidade. Pois al\u00e9m do time profissional, a Portuguesa Santista tem a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o de revelar grandes jogadores para o cen\u00e1rio nacional e mundial. Atrav\u00e9s das suas categorias de base\u201d, revela Gugu.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do vereador, o Grupo Peralta comprou o antigo complexo da Portuguesa Santista na cidade de Santos. Por meio de um leil\u00e3o organizado pelo Governo Federal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O clube Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Atl\u00e9tica Portuguesa e a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Atl\u00e9tica dos Portu\u00e1rios de Santos (que tamb\u00e9m teve a \u00e1rea vendida para o grupo) haviam recebido notifica\u00e7\u00f5es de que deveriam desocupar as sedes na cidade.<\/p>\n

Grupo Peralta<\/h2>\n

O Grupo Peralta, em respeito aos tradicionais clubes, estabeleceu\u00a0 uma parceria, na qual disponilibilizaria um terreno da empresa para uma nova sede. \u201cN\u00e3o existe nenhuma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal de qualquer tipo de contrapartida para os ocupantes. Mas, em respeito \u00e0 tradi\u00e7\u00e3o da hist\u00f3ria dos dois clubes, decidimos oferecer a possibilidade de parcerias para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novas sedes sociais em parte do nosso terreno\u201d, explicou Martinho Polillo, executivo do Grupo Peralta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O terreno vendido ao gigante do empreendimento tirar\u00e1 grande parte do terreno do est\u00e1dio da Portuguesa Santista na cidade de Santos, tornando invi\u00e1vel a perman\u00eancia no local.<\/p>\n

“J\u00e1 existe uma decis\u00e3o judicial, notificada antes da pandemia. De ordem de despejo para que desocuparmos o terreno. Os torcedores e associados precisam compreender a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo Peralta \u00e9 de tentar ajudar o clube na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de propriet\u00e1rio do terreno que ocup\u00e1vamos. A maior parte da \u00e1rea nunca foi do clube\u201d, desabafou Carlos Ribeiro, presidente da Portuguesa Santista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cExiste o risco de n\u00e3o podermos mais usar o campo para jogos oficiais da s\u00e9rie A. N\u00e3o \u00e9 o presidente quem decide. O conselho vai estudar a melhor sa\u00edda e certamente decidir\u00e1 pelo o que for melhor para o clube”. Completou Ribeiro.<\/p>\n

Terreno<\/h2>\n

O terreno na cidade de Santos, que at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o era sede do clube Portuguesa Santista, pertencia \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o. E a perman\u00eancia do clube acontecia mediante autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria. Anteriormente a Companhia das Docas administrava o local. Mas o Governo Federal tomou a frente nos \u00faltimos anos e iniciou a reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de posse, at\u00e9 que fosse efetuado o leil\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
