O prazo do chefe do Executivo se manifestar \u00e9 de at\u00e9 10 dias para que apresente a defesa.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"57\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A primeira sess\u00e3o da comiss\u00e3o ocorreu, na quinta-feira (23), no plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara,\u00a0ap\u00f3s ser aprovada por unanimidade o pedido de destitui\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo dele,\u00a0protocolado pelo Partido Democr\u00e1tico Trabalhista (PDT). Na abertura, foi definido que Fernando Martins dos Santos (MDB) ser\u00e1 o presidente, Juninho Eroso (PP) o relator, e Sirana Bosonkian (PTB) constar\u00e1 como membro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"62\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Com a defini\u00e7\u00e3o, um documento foi confeccionado, apontando todas as den\u00fancias contra Suman. Na segunda (27) e ter\u00e7a-feira (28),\u00a0a comiss\u00e3o tentou localizar o prefeito para entregar a intima\u00e7\u00e3o, no Pa\u00e7o Municipal, onde ele n\u00e3o foi encontrado. Nesta quarta-feira (29), foi nomeado um funcion\u00e1rio de carreira para fazer a vez de oficial e realizar a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao prefeito. Por\u00e9m, sem sucesso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"48\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O prefeito s\u00f3 foi intimado na quinta-feira, no Pa\u00e7o Municipal. Ele ter\u00e1 dez dias\u00a0para apresentar a defesa pr\u00e9via e apontar dez testemunhas de defesa, caso ache necess\u00e1rio. Ap\u00f3s o prazo, a Comiss\u00e3o tem mais\u00a0cinco dias\u00a0para fazer um relat\u00f3rio dando prosseguimento na den\u00fancia ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mid-mc-placeholder\">Caso opte por n\u00e3o, a den\u00fancia ser\u00e1 levada a plen\u00e1rio para vota\u00e7\u00e3o e os vereadores decidem se acatam ou n\u00e3o a decis\u00e3o.
