Um homem acusado de matar a ex-esposa enforcada foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong> no bairro Bexiga, no arquip\u00e9lago de\u00a0Ilhabela<\/a>, na sexta-feira (8). O caso ocorreu em 2014, na cidade de Guarulhos. Ele estava foragido pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Graziele Borges da Silva, de 22 anos, e Filipe Jos\u00e9, de 26, moravam juntos h\u00e1 quatro anos e tinham um filho. Ela descobriu que foi tra\u00edda e discutiu com o marido. Durante a briga, ele agarrou a mulher por tr\u00e1s, a sufocou e depois enrolou o corpo em um cobertor e jogou em uma mata.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0O corpo da v\u00edtima foi encontrado quatro dias depois do assassinato, pendurado em uma \u00e1rvore \u00e0s margens da rodovia Fern\u00e3o Dias (SP). O acusado confessou o crime, mas estava solto desde fevereiro deste ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, Filipe estava escondido em uma resid\u00eancia na rua Manoel Leite dos Santos, no bairro do Bexiga, regi\u00e3o sul do arquip\u00e9lago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Os agentes receberam as informa\u00e7\u00f5es a respeito do paradeiro do criminoso pelo Disque Den\u00fancia. Ap\u00f3s efetuar as pesquisas, os policiais constataram que Filipe Jos\u00e9 Vilela estava foragido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto, expedido pela Vara do J\u00fari de Guarulhos em fevereiro de 2021, o condenando h\u00e1 9 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime fechado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, os policiais foram para o local da den\u00fancia e ficaram de campana por horas. Somente por volta das 17h50 os agentes avistaram o indiv\u00edduo numa lancha, desembarcando num p\u00eder pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Os policiais aguardaram Filipe deixar a embarca\u00e7\u00e3o para se aproximar e efetuar a pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Filipe foi conduzido para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia e ficar\u00e1 na cela da unidade. Depois ser\u00e1 conduzido para a cadeia de Caraguatatuba onde permanecer\u00e1 a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
