O motivo \u00e9 porque os trabalhadores da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.otranturtransportes.com.br\/\">Otrantur<\/a>, respons\u00e1vel pelos \u00f4nibus est\u00e3o em greve. A reclama\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 porque eles n\u00e3o receberam at\u00e9 o momento o vale alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nem o adiantamento do sal\u00e1rio do m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o seria geral, mas por causa de uma liminar da Justi\u00e7a, nos hor\u00e1rios de pico, a frota deve ser de 100% da capacidade para n\u00e3o prejudicar toda popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Em assembleia feita com o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores de Transportes Rodovi\u00e1rios de Santos (Sindrod), ficou definido que os motoristas receberiam no \u00faltimo dia 20, o vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m do adiantamento do sal\u00e1rio, a cesta b\u00e1sica e a segunda parcela do 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>O sindicato explica que a Otrantur cumpriu parcialmente o acordo. Ela pagou as cestas b\u00e1sicas, a parcela restante do 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio e reclassificou os motoristas que trabalham nos \u00f4nibus convencionais. No entanto, ainda ficou faltando o vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o e o adiantamento do sal\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Na madrugada desta ter\u00e7a, a categoria definiu o in\u00edcio da greve, mas nos hor\u00e1rios das 7h \u00e0s 9h e das 16h \u00e0s 19h, todos os \u00f4nibus ter\u00e3o de estar em circula\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 fora deles, a frota deve ser de 60%<\/p>\n<h3>Resposta da Otrantur<\/h3>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"24\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Otrantur informou que os colaboradores entraram em estado de greve constitucionalmente garantido e devidamente aparado pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e autorizada pela justi\u00e7a trabalhista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo a empresa, os impactos causados por todos os percal\u00e7os que foram enfrentados desde o in\u00edcio da opera\u00e7\u00e3o municipal tem sido devastadores.
