O\u00a0policial civil foi\u00a0atingido por um tiro na cabe\u00e7a, h\u00e1 pouco mais de tr\u00eas anos, e teve morte cerebral declarada um dia depois do atentado. Um dos envolvidos no crime, C\u00edcero Santana J\u00fanior \u00e9 apontado como um dos autores do homic\u00eddio e ser\u00e1 julgado.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"59\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A sess\u00e3o do Tribunal do J\u00fari de Santos come\u00e7ou as 13h desta quarta-feira, mas deve se estender ao longo do dia. Antes disso, ser\u00e1 realizado o sorteio para o sele\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo de jurados, composto por sete pessoas. O resultado do j\u00fari deve ser divulgado no in\u00edcio da noite.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\">Entenda o crime<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"69\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O policial foi abordado pelos suspeitos quando sa\u00eda da casa da namorada, no bairro Jabaquara, no dia 28 de fevereiro de 2018. Ele foi atingido por um tiro na cabe\u00e7a e estava deitado no banco de um carro quando foi encontrado pelos policiais militares. J\u00fanior chegou a ser socorrido, mas teve morte cerebral no dia 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"63\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Na \u00e9poca, a Pol\u00edcia Civil conseguiu identificar Santana e outros dois suspeitos por meio de provas periciais.\u00a0Ele foi preso no dia 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2019 junto de outro suspeito, em Santos. Outro homem tamb\u00e9m foi preso pouco tempo depois do crime. Desde a pris\u00e3o, ele aguarda pelo julgamento, que precisou ser adiado mais de uma vez por causa da pandemia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"6\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"32\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Os r\u00e9us Flavio Jose Ramos Junior e Adilson Pinto Junior ainda aguardam o julgamento.
