Dois homens e uma mulher foram presos pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, nesta sexta-feira (22), por transformarem um apartamento em estufa para plantio de maconha<\/strong> em Santos<\/a>. O local contava com mais de cinco c\u00f4modos adaptados para o plantio das mudas, nas mais diversas fases de crescimento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A pris\u00e3o aconteceu durante o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pela 2\u00aa Delegacia de Entorpecentes da Deic de Santos apontaram a exist\u00eancia de planta\u00e7\u00f5es de maconha para movimentar o com\u00e9rcio local.<\/p>\n

O primeiro alvo das buscas foi um apartamento na Rua Tocantins, no bairro do Gonzaga. Nele, foram encontrados um idoso de 60 anos e uma mulher, de 24, ambos portugueses. Os policiais localizaram apenas apetrechos para o consumo de drogas e uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de maconha.<\/p>\n

Os policiais questionaram os dois sobre um segundo apartamento, que tamb\u00e9m era alvo do mandado. O casal disse, primeiramente, que n\u00e3o conhecia o local, mas depois acabou confessando que no apartamento havia o plantio, por meio de estufas, para o cultivo de maconha.<\/p>\n

Os policiais foram ao im\u00f3vel localizado na Rua Egydio Martins, na Ponta da Praia. Na sala, eles identificaram uma pequena estufa com algumas mudas de maconha. Tr\u00eas dormit\u00f3rios estavam sendo utilizados para o plantio da droga e no quarto dormit\u00f3rio estava o sobrinho do investigado, de 27 anos.<\/p>\n

Na cozinha, os policiais encontraram mais uma pequena estufa, com plantas de maconha. E, na \u00e1rea externa da casa, mais alguns vasos com a droga plantada. A equipe apreendeu 70 mudas de maconha, totalizando 23 kg da droga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Uma balan\u00e7a, tr\u00eas aparelhos de telefone celular, 836 gramas de insumos e anota\u00e7\u00f5es manuscritas tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos. Todos alegaram que o plantio era para consumo pr\u00f3prio, mas n\u00e3o esclareceram o motivo pela quantidade plantada. Eles foram presos em flagrante por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e ficaram \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
