Pois bem, parece que o que era fic\u00e7\u00e3o, aconteceu no mundo real. Mais precisamente no Brasil. Um <strong>beb\u00ea prematuro de oito meses nasceu com uma cauda<\/strong> de 12 cent\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n<p>O caso aconteceu ainda em 2020, mas somente nesta semana que o fato foi revelado, ap\u00f3s publica\u00e7\u00e3o na <em>Journal of Pediatric Surgery Case Reports,\u00a0<\/em>revista cient\u00edfica internacional. O beb\u00ea nasceu no Hospital Infantil Albert Sabin, em\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortaleza.ce.gov.br\/\">Fortaleza<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O beb\u00ea, que nasceu prematuro com 35 semanas, havia deixado a barriga da m\u00e3e com uma cauda composta por tecido conjuntivo e gordura. O\u00a0paciente\u00a0foi submetido a uma cirurgia para remo\u00e7\u00e3o da esp\u00e9cie de cauda humana.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_71464\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-71464\" style=\"width: 390px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-71464\" src=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cirirgua-390x220.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"220\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-71464\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cr\u00e9ditos: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\/Arquivo Pessoal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>S\u00f3 que os m\u00e9dicos\u00a0precisaram fazer uma an\u00e1lise de uma s\u00e9rie de exames\u00a0para averiguar a seguran\u00e7a e riscos do procedimento. No primeiro momento, foi necess\u00e1rio checar se a cauda n\u00e3o se tratava de outras patologias, como medula espinhal ancorada ou disrafismo espinhal oculto.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmou-se que n\u00e3o haveria preju\u00edzo \u00e0 crian\u00e7a com a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da cauda, possibilitando ent\u00e3o a cirurgia. Os m\u00e9dicos acreditam que o corpo estranho se trata da persist\u00eancia da cauda embrion\u00e1ria do feto, que se forma entre a 4\u00aa e 6\u00aa semana de\u00a0gesta\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0e desaparece ao final da 8\u00aa semana.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel confirmar o que levou o corpo da crian\u00e7a a manter a cauda at\u00e9 o momento do nascimento.<\/p>\n<h3>Resposta<\/h3>\n<p>A Secretaria da Sa\u00fade do Cear\u00e1 (Sesa) informou que a forma\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu devido a uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na regress\u00e3o da cauda embrion\u00e1ria, e que ainda n\u00e3o existe etiologia definida para esse tipo de ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"30\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Sesa disse ainda que n\u00e3o houve nenhum preju\u00edzo para a crian\u00e7a. Casos assim s\u00e3o rar\u00edssimos. Na literatura mundial, onde ficam registradas as ocorr\u00eancias, s\u00f3 foram encontrados 40 casos similares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"32\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">No artigo publicado sobre o caso, os autores explicam que caudas humanas s\u00e3o anomalias raras e descritas como protuber\u00e2ncias cobertas de pele, e localizadas no meio da parte inferior da coluna vertebral.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O documento informa ainda que a m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a fez oito consultas pr\u00e9-natais. Durante a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, ela disse que n\u00e3o consumiu \u00e1lcool ou drogas il\u00edcitas, mas continuou fumando cerca de 10 cigarros por dia.
