Nesta quinta-feira (18), policiais do 2\u00ba Distrito Policial de S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a> prenderam uma mulher de 23 anos<\/strong> no Conjunto Tancredo Neves. Ela \u00e9 acusada de instalar um com\u00e9rcio em \u00e1rea de mangue e ainda cuidar do jogo com m\u00e1quinas ca\u00e7a-n\u00edquel, o jogo de azar.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, houve uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica de crime ambiental e de furto de \u00e1gua e energia. Al\u00e9m dos policiais, funcion\u00e1rios da Sabesp, guardas municipais e uma equipe da CPFL Piratininga tamb\u00e9m foram at\u00e9 \u00e0 Avenida Oito para averigua\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Ao chegarem no endere\u00e7o, os agentes e funcion\u00e1rios constataram que havia um com\u00e9rcio instalado dentro de um container, em \u00e1rea de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente, pr\u00f3ximo a regi\u00e3o de mangue. L\u00e1 eles encontraram a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua e tamb\u00e9m de energia el\u00e9trica que eram feitas de forma clandestina, n\u00e3o havendo qualquer medidor.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o local tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o possu\u00eda alvar\u00e1 para funcionamento junto \u00e0 Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente
\nUma mulher recebeu os policiais, agentes e funcion\u00e1rios e afirmou ser a respons\u00e1vel pelo estabelecimento comercial.<\/p>\n

Assim ela foi presa em flagrante por furto qualificado e pelo crime ambiental de causar dano \u00e0s unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m responder\u00e1 pela contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal de jogos de azar, pois no local havia tr\u00eas m\u00e1quinas do tipo \u201cca\u00e7a-n\u00edquel\u201d.
