E o tratamento deve ser multidisciplinar, incluindo medicamentos, atividade f\u00edsica, acompanhamento psicol\u00f3gico e massagens.\u00a0Outro tratamento que tem ganhado cada vez mais for\u00e7a nos \u00faltimos anos \u00e9 o da hidroterapia, incluindo os banhos terap\u00eauticos, como os de hidromassagem.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o CEO da empresa Riolax, Rodrigo\u00a0 borges, as principais causas da fibromialgia \u00e9 a\u00a0a dor e a falta de sono. A consequ\u00eancia \u00e9 que elas podem aumentar ainda mais o estresse piorando os sintomas. Um amplo estudo publicado no Journal of Physical Therapy Science \u2013 intitulado\u00a0<em>\u201cOs efeitos do exerc\u00edcio aqu\u00e1tico, isom\u00e9trico for\u00e7a-alongamento e aer\u00f3bico em par\u00e2metros f\u00edsicos e psicol\u00f3gicos de pacientes do sexo feminino com s\u00edndrome da fibromialgia\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 revela que exerc\u00edcios aqu\u00e1ticos aer\u00f3bicos oferecem benef\u00edcios terap\u00eauticos superiores no tratamento da fibromialgia.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo os pesquisadores, o motivo est\u00e1 ligado \u00e0 aus\u00eancia da for\u00e7a de impacto sobre as articula\u00e7\u00f5es durante os exerc\u00edcios na \u00e1gua.
