Ou seja, nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais n\u00e3o h\u00e1 voto em tr\u00e2nsito.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1393059&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1393059&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O voto em tr\u00e2nsito costuma ser lembrado como op\u00e7\u00e3o por quem, por motivos diversos, sabe que n\u00e3o vai conseguir comparecer a sua zona eleitoral no dia da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa modalidade de voto, contudo, somente est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es gerais, para presidente e governador, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Por essa raz\u00e3o, todos que estiverem fora de seu domic\u00edlio no dia das elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais deste ano, seja no primeiro turno (15 de novembro) ou no segundo (29 de novembro), t\u00eam como \u00fanica op\u00e7\u00e3o justificar sua aus\u00eancia no prazo de at\u00e9 60 dias.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo o brasileiro residente no exterior que consegue se inscrever para votar para presidente, em alguma das sess\u00f5es montadas a cada quatro anos fora do pa\u00eds, de nenhuma maneira consegue participar das elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais, sendo dispensado inclusive de se justificar.<\/p>\n<p>Se morar fora do pa\u00eds, o eleitor precisa justificar aus\u00eancia na elei\u00e7\u00e3o municipal somente se ainda estiver inscrito para votar em alguma sess\u00e3o no Brasil. Isso ocorre, por exemplo, quando a pessoa esquece de transferir seu t\u00edtulo para alguma zona eleitoral no exterior.<\/p>\n<p>Em todo caso, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral oferece diferentes caminhos para que o eleitor que n\u00e3o comparece a sua sess\u00e3o de vota\u00e7\u00e3o justifique sua aus\u00eancia. Vale lembrar que o procedimento deve ser realizado separadamente para cada turno da elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Op\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>No dia do pr\u00f3prio pleito, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel justificar a aus\u00eancia por meio do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/eleicoes-2020\/noticia\/2020-11\/abr-explica-eleitor-podera-justificar-ausencia-pelo-celular\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aplicativo e-T\u00edtulo<\/a>.\u00a0A funcionalidade estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel somente dentro do hor\u00e1rio de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, entre as 7h e as 17h, respeitado sempre o fuso hor\u00e1rio de cada localidade onde ocorre a elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Caso n\u00e3o consiga usar a ferramenta, o eleitor pode comparecer a uma mesa receptora de justificativa, se houver, ou a ir a qualquer sess\u00e3o eleitoral munido de um documento oficial com foto, do n\u00famero do t\u00edtulo de eleitor e de um formul\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico preenchido, o qual pode ser encontrado no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tse.jus.br\/eleitor\/justificativa-eleitoral\/justificativa-eleitoral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">portal do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral<\/a>\u00a0(TSE).<\/p>\n<p>O eleitor pode deixar para justificar sua aus\u00eancia somente ap\u00f3s a vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas vai precisar fazer um Requerimento de Justificativa Eleitoral (RJE) dentro dos 60 dias previstos. O procedimento pode ser feito tamb\u00e9m no aplicativo e-T\u00edtulo ou pela internet, no<a href=\"https:\/\/justifica.tse.jus.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0sistema Justifica<\/a>.
