Ela cuida da an\u00e1lise do processo de impeachment. Suman \u00e9 acusado de ser o l\u00edder de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que desviou verba p\u00fablica da Sa\u00fade, segundo investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o presidente da Comiss\u00e3o Processante, o vereador Fernando Martins dos Santos (MDB), s\u00e3o esperadas as raz\u00f5es finais do prefeito para, posteriormente, o relat\u00f3rio final ser preparado. &#8220;Feito isto, a Comiss\u00e3o protocolar\u00e1 todo o processo para que o presidente da C\u00e2mara marque a sess\u00e3o de julgamento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"4\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"54\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Ap\u00f3s o protocolo da defesa, a Comiss\u00e3o Processante dever\u00e1 emitir um relat\u00f3rio final. Em seguida haver\u00e1 uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ao presidente da C\u00e2mara que seja marcada a sess\u00e3o para julgamento, nos termos do decreto-lei 201\/1967. O vereador refor\u00e7ou que a Comiss\u00e3o possui prazo de 90 dias, ou seja, tem at\u00e9 29 de dezembro para conclus\u00e3o dos trabalhos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"53\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Comiss\u00e3o Processante foi instaurada ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia formulada pelo Partido Democr\u00e1tico Trabalhista (PDT), por interm\u00e9dio do presidente, Jos\u00e9 Manoel Ferreira Gon\u00e7alves. O objetivo era para apurar eventuais irregularidades relacionadas \u00e0 Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Pr\u00f3-vida, \u00e0 empresa AM da Silva Servi\u00e7os Administrativos Ltda; \u00e0 Aceni &#8211; Instituto de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e poss\u00edvel envolvimento do prefeito municipal.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\"><strong>Resposta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Prefeitura de Guaruj\u00e1 foi procurada e respondeu, por meio de nota, que todos os assuntos relacionados com a Comiss\u00e3o Processante devem ser questionados com os advogados de defesa do prefeito.
