O Chile<\/a> tem um novo presidente<\/strong>. O eleito foi o candidato de esquerda Gabriel Boric<\/strong>, de 35 anos e ele se tornou o mais jovem da hist\u00f3ria do pa\u00eds a ser escolhido. Na disputa eleitoral, ele superou o advogado Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast, candidato da extrema direita, em uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o marcada pela polariza\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

Ele teve 55,9% dos votos, contra 44,1% de Kast. Assim, o candidato da extrema direita telefonou para Boric, reconhecendo a derrota e parabenizando-o pela vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

\u201cVou ser o presidente de todos os chilenos, porque acho importante ter interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o com todos, e os acordos devem ser entre todas as pessoas e n\u00e3o entre quatro paredes\u201d, disse o presidente rec\u00e9m-eleito. Al\u00e9m disso, ele tamb\u00e9m conversou com o atual mandat\u00e1rio, Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Boric havia ficado em segundo lugar no primeiro turno, com 25,82% dos votos. Kast teve 27,91%. \u00c9 a primeira vez em tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas, desde a redemocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o, que um candidato que n\u00e3o venceu o primeiro turno ganha a elei\u00e7\u00e3o. O presidente eleito do Chile, Gabriel Boric, \u00e9 um ex-l\u00edder estudantil de 35 anos que fez sua campanha calcada no discurso da “esperan\u00e7a” e defendendo representar o anseio por mudan\u00e7as. A promessa dele \u00e9 fortalecer um estado de bem-estar social no pa\u00eds<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Solteiro e oriundo de Punta Arenas, no extremo sul do pa\u00eds, Boric cresceu no seio de uma fam\u00edlia simp\u00e1tica aos partidos Socialista e Democrata-Crist\u00e3o. “Sou da Patag\u00f4nia Austral, onde come\u00e7a o mundo. “Representamos o processo de mudan\u00e7a e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que se aproxima, (mas) com certeza, com a grada\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria”, disse certa vez, durante a campanha, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de afastar o temor de que sua elei\u00e7\u00e3o poderia significar o in\u00edcio de um per\u00edodo de caos.<\/p>\n

Boric disputou a presid\u00eancia do\u00a0Chile\u00a0com a idade m\u00ednima exigida e foi o mais novo dos sete candidatos na disputa pela sucess\u00e3o do conservador Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era. Ele ser\u00e1 o mais jovem mandat\u00e1rio chileno da hist\u00f3ria. Sua candidatura representa a coaliz\u00e3o “Aprovo Dignidade”, que re\u00fane a Frente Ampla e o Partido Comunista.<\/p>\n
