Sendo assim, a consulta pode ser realizada nos terminais de autoatendimento das ag\u00eancias bancarias, internet banking\u00a0 e aplicativos de celular disponibilizados pelos bancos, bastando informar o n\u00famero do Renavam.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel verificar diretamente no portal da Secretaria da Fazenda (<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.fazenda.sp.gov.br\/servicos\/ipva\/Paginas\/Sobre.aspx\">portal.fazenda.sp.gov.br\/servicos\/ipva\/<\/a>), mediante o n\u00famero do Renavam e placa do ve\u00edculo. Mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 no portal da Fazenda que propriet\u00e1rios de ve\u00edculos para pessoas com defici\u00eancia (PCD) poder\u00e3o consultar se permanecer\u00e3o com o benef\u00edcio de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do IPVA ou se j\u00e1 dever\u00e3o se programar para pagar o imposto de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>O propriet\u00e1rio tem at\u00e9 a data de vencimento da placa (<em>veja tabela<\/em>) para quitar o imposto em cota \u00fanica, com desconto, ou pagar a primeira parcela do tributo.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 4 de janeiro de 2021, o contribuinte que desejar tamb\u00e9m pode optar pelo licenciamento antecipado. Sendo assim, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel realizar o pagamento independentemente do n\u00famero final da placa do ve\u00edculo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>em cota \u00fanica, at\u00e9 o dia 20 de janeiro de 2020,com\u00a0desconto de\u00a03%;<\/li>\n<li>em cota \u00fanica, at\u00e9 o dia 25 de fevereiro de 2020,sem\u00a0desconto;<\/li>\n<li>at\u00e9 o dia 22 de mar\u00e7o de 2020, relativamente ao pagamento da terceira parcela, quando tenha ocorrido a op\u00e7\u00e3o pelo parcelamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quem deixar de recolher o imposto fica sujeito a multa de 0,33% por dia de atraso e juros de mora com base na taxa Selic.
