O usu\u00e1rio do transporte p\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a> come\u00e7ou a semana com dor de cabe\u00e7a. Nesta segunda-feira (10), os motoristas e funcion\u00e1rios da Otrantur, concession\u00e1ria respons\u00e1vel pelo transporte p\u00fablico municipal da cidade iniciaram um protesto<\/strong>. A bronca \u00e9 porque est\u00e3o com os encimentos atrasados desde 30 de dezembro.\u00a0 Por isso, somente 10 coletivos sa\u00edram \u00e0s ruas.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a categoria, a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o come\u00e7ou por volta de 4h. Nenhum \u00f4nibus saiu da garagem no hor\u00e1rio previsto em S\u00e3o Vicente. Por volta de 7h15, cerca de dez coletivos sa\u00edram do local e come\u00e7aram a circular, \u00e0 pedido da empresa, segundo os motoristas. As linhas desses ve\u00edculos atendem, principalmente, \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00c1rea Continental do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

Dezenas de motoristas se reuniram em frente a garagem, localizada na Rua Frei Gaspar, e permanecem no local reivindicando o pagamento dos vencimentos relativos ao m\u00eas de dezembro. Um deles alegou que a empresa n\u00e3o tem previs\u00e3o para realizar os pagamentos pendentes.<\/p>\n

O que diz a Otrantur?<\/h3>\n

Em um comunicado enviado aos funcion\u00e1rios na \u00faltima sexta-feira (7), a Otrantur lamenta a falta de pagamento dos vencimentos de dezembro e diz que n\u00e3o consegue arcar com as despesas sem o subs\u00eddio por parte da prefeitura. O documento foi assinado pelos diretores D\u00e1rio Alencar e Omar Rodrigues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Em um posicionamento divulgado \u00e0 imprensa, a Otrantur informou que o movimento grevista formado pelos funcion\u00e1rios \u00e9 irregular, n\u00e3o conta com a presen\u00e7a de representantes do sindicato da categoria e tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o observa os requisitos legais. Todas as linhas de \u00f4nibus foram afetadas, segundo a concession\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sobre a reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores, a empresa disse que os atrasos acontecem em virtude de uma crise financeira “imposta n\u00e3o s\u00f3 pela pandemia, mas por diversos outros eventos, tais como o n\u00e3o reajuste da tarifa, aumento do diesel, fechamento do munic\u00edpio em virtude da Covid, sem nenhuma contrapartida por parte da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica”, diz a nota.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A empresa disse, ainda, que pediu aux\u00edlio \u00e0 prefeitura por meio de of\u00edcios e demais documentos t\u00e9cnicos, mas n\u00e3o obteve retorno. A Otrantur tamb\u00e9m informou que tentou pela antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento de vales transportes pela prefeitura, para conseguir quitar as d\u00edvidas com os funcion\u00e1rios, mas n\u00e3o obteve resposta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O contrato de concess\u00e3o, segundo a concession\u00e1ria, encontra-se em desequil\u00edbrio desde 2020. O preju\u00edzo pela falta de reajuste das tarifas superaria, assim, R$ 7 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Resposta da Prefeitura<\/h3>\n

Por meio de nota, a Secretaria de Defesa e Ordem Social (Sedos), da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente, explicou que a empresa e o sindicato da categoria ser\u00e3o notificados para que os colaboradores retornem o servi\u00e7o o mais breve poss\u00edvel para n\u00e3o prejudicar os usu\u00e1rios do transporte coletivo.<\/p>\n
