Ele teve as maiores penas devido ao latroc\u00ednio cometido contra a v\u00edtima, mas tamb\u00e9m porque era reincidente. A defesa pediu a revis\u00e3o da condena\u00e7\u00e3o, mas o pedido foi rejeitado.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O crime aconteceu em julho de 2020 quando a jovem de 21 anos desapareceu depois de uma trilha entre as praias Pa\u00faba e Maresias. Segundo a pol\u00edcia, a jovem foi estrangulada com a al\u00e7a de uma pochete\u00a0que usava. Celular, documentos e os t\u00eanis de Julia foram levados e, por isso, o caso foi registrado como latroc\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"5\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"22\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a pol\u00edcia conseguiu identificar o criminoso, atrav\u00e9s de um exame de DNA e o homem foi preso em setembro. Ele foi condenado a 32 anos de pris\u00e3o pelo latroc\u00ednio, tendo que come\u00e7ar a cumprir a pena em regime fechado. Neste caso, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 direito de sa\u00eddas para visita de parentes ou trabalho.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"40\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">De acordo com a defesa do homem de 39 anos, as bases para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da pena em primeira inst\u00e2ncia foram altas porque ele foi considerado reincidente.
