Chega ao terceiro dia a greve dos funcion\u00e1rios<\/strong> dos \u00f4nibus municipais de S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a>. Eles seguem reclamando que n\u00e3o receberam o sal\u00e1rio, al\u00e9m de outros benef\u00edcios e por isso a circula\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte p\u00fablico est\u00e1 reduzida em 50% em hor\u00e1rios normais e 70% em hor\u00e1rios de pico.<\/p>\n

A categoria alega que o pagamento dos sal\u00e1rios, do vale refei\u00e7\u00e3o e da cesta b\u00e1sica deveria ser paga na \u00faltima segunda-feira (28). Mas como isto n\u00e3o aconteceu, na ter\u00e7a-feira (1\u00ba) eles voltaram a realizar a greve.<\/p>\n

Por causa de uma determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 total e os \u00f4nibus circulam em S\u00e3o Vicente com apenas 50% da frota durante o dia e 70% nos hor\u00e1rios de pico. O Sindicato dos Trabalhadores de Transportes Rodovi\u00e1rios de Santos e Regi\u00e3o (Sindrod) informa que os funcion\u00e1rios cumprem a determina\u00e7\u00e3o, mas exigem receber tudo o que est\u00e1 atrasado.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, os funcion\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m reclamam da falta de pagamento do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS). Segundo o diretor jur\u00eddico, os trabalhadores n\u00e3o conseguem receber oabono salarial do Programa de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Social (PIS).<\/p>\n

Em nota, a Otrantur, concession\u00e1ria de Transporte Urbano de S\u00e3o Vicente, informou que na madrugada de ter\u00e7a-feira (1\u00ba) formou-se um movimento grevista, com base em um estado de greve permanente imposto pelo sindicato, junto a uma parte dos funcion\u00e1rios, visando manter a concession\u00e1ria em estado de tens\u00e3o permanente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a empresa, o pleito dos colaboradores pauta-se no pagamento de sal\u00e1rios vencidos na \u00faltima segunda-feira (28), embora a concession\u00e1ria tenha buscado outras formas de financiar. O processo junto aos agentes financeiros \u00e9 moroso e o feriado de carnaval atrasou o cronograma previsto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A concession\u00e1ria afirmou que segue cumprindo a \u00faltima liminar e acredita que na volta do expediente banc\u00e1rio as quest\u00f5es ser\u00e3o solucionadas e, assim, ocorra a normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o e que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 outros valores em aberto junto aos colaboradores, apenas os inerentes ao m\u00eas de fevereiro de 2022, j\u00e1 que as demais verbas reivindicadas em greves passadas foram objeto de acordos que est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente responte, por meio de nota, que n\u00e3o mede esfor\u00e7os para garantir o servi\u00e7o em funcionamento e ressaltou que em 9 de fevereiro depositou um subs\u00eddio emergencial de R$ 400 mil para que a Otrantur pagasse os sal\u00e1rios atrasados dos funcion\u00e1rios, o que foi feito. Ao todo, ser\u00e3o 11 repasses mensais no mesmo valor para que a empresa honre com o pagamento de todos os trabalhadores e equacione o equil\u00edbrio econ\u00f4mico-financeiro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O munic\u00edpio enviar\u00e1, por meio da Secretaria de Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos (Sejur) e da Subsecretaria de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes, notifica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 empresa exigindo esclarecimentos acerca da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que os subs\u00eddios servem para suprir essas necessidades. Caso a empresa n\u00e3o tenha capacidade de cumprir o acordo, o v\u00ednculo dever\u00e1 ser encerrado.<\/p>\n
