Chegou ao quinto dia, a greve dos servidores p\u00fablicos<\/strong> de S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a>. Nesta segunda-feira (14), apesar da chuva, muita gente se reuniu e promoveram um apita\u00e7o com panela\u00e7o contra a prefeitura em virtude do reajuste salarial. A categoria cobra 16% de reajuste, por conta de uma reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a administra\u00e7\u00e3o ofereceu uma proposta de 1,8%.<\/p>\n

Os protestos come\u00e7aram na \u00faltima quinta-feira (10). Segundo o Sindicato dos Servidores P\u00fablicos Municipais de S\u00e3o Vicente (SindServSV), o \u00edndice pedido representa dois anos de perdas inflacion\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

A categoria queria fazer ao menos uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de 70% dos servidores. Mas na sexta-feira (11), o juiz titular da Vara da Fazenda P\u00fablica da Comarca de S\u00e3o Vicente, Fabio Francisco Taborda, intimou o Sindicato a garantir, em todas unidades de Sa\u00fade, o comparecimento de 80% dos servidores de cada profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A decis\u00e3o liminar, concedida pelo mesmo magistrado a pedido da prefeitura, determinava que esse percentual se referia ao conjunto de servidores nas unidades. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos demais servi\u00e7os, \u00e9 mantido o percentual de 30% dos servidores em atividade. O sindicato j\u00e1 havia recorrido da liminar concedida antes do in\u00edcio da greve e tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 recorrendo da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Em nota, o secret\u00e1rio geral do SindServSV, Marcelo Arias, criticou essas tentativas da prefeitura de “desmobilizar e deslegitimar um movimento de greve leg\u00edtimo e legal, apesar de nunca ter sentado \u00e0 mesa com o sindicato”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo Arias, essas a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais parecem feitas sob medida buscando atingir a capacidade de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria j\u00e1 que, por exemplo, a mais recente intima\u00e7\u00e3o foi executada ap\u00f3s \u00e0s 18h, ou seja, ap\u00f3s o expediente do F\u00f3rum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Em nota, a prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente, por meio da Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o (Seges) informou que a proposta foi aprovada pelo Sindicato dos Trabalhadores do Magist\u00e9rio e somente foi reprovada pelo Sindicato dos Servidores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal disse que lamenta que o Sindicato dos Servidores tenha rejeitado a proposta de reajuste apresentada, j\u00e1 que \u00e9 fruto de um esfor\u00e7o or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio e financeiro para conseguir dar algum benef\u00edcio ao servidor em tempo de grave crise financeira e que ir\u00e1 apresentar uma nova proposta aos representantes da categoria.<\/p>\n
