Chega ao sexto dia a greve dos servidores municipais<\/strong> de S\u00e3o Vicente e nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (15) j\u00e1 houve manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o na porta da prefeitura. Desde a quinta-feira (10) que a categoria exige o reajuste salarial de 16%.<\/p>\n

O Sindicato dos Servidores P\u00fablicos Municipais de S\u00e3o Vicente (SindServSV<\/a>) explica que a reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 por conta dos dois anos de perdas inflacion\u00e1rias. A concentra\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores em frente \u00e0 prefeitura iniciou \u00e0s 8h desta ter\u00e7a-feira com cartazes, apita\u00e7o e panela\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Uma tenda foi montada em frente \u00e0 prefeitura e os servidores serviam caf\u00e9, bolacha, \u00e1gua e frutas para os trabalhadores paralisados e refor\u00e7a que a greve n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e9rias. Por isso, o SindServSV est\u00e1 organizando listas di\u00e1rias de presen\u00e7a que ser\u00e3o conferidas com as folhas de ponto posteriormente. Elas ser\u00e3o utilizadas para comprovar a presen\u00e7a do servidor no movimento.<\/p>\n

Segundo o SindSerSV, est\u00e1 prevista para a quarta-feira (16), um novo ato, mas desta vez unificado. A ideia, al\u00e9m de exigir o reajuste, \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m repudiar a pr\u00e1tica de ass\u00e9dio moral que visa enfraquecer o movimento grevista.<\/p>\n

Para o presidente do SindServSV, Edson Paix\u00e3o, a luta tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 contra os ataques desferidos pelo setor do judici\u00e1rio que, segundo ele, se alinhou \u00e0 gest\u00e3o do prefeito Kayo Amado (PODE).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Na \u00faltima sexta-feira (11), o juiz titular da Vara da Fazenda P\u00fablica da Comarca de S\u00e3o Vicente, Fabio Francisco Taborda, intimou o Sindicato a garantir, em todas unidades de Sa\u00fade, o comparecimento de 80% dos servidores de cada profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A decis\u00e3o liminar, concedida pelo mesmo magistrado a pedido da prefeitura, determinava que esse percentual se referia ao conjunto de servidores nas unidades. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos demais servi\u00e7os, \u00e9 mantido o percentual de 30% dos servidores em atividade. O sindicato j\u00e1 havia recorrido da liminar concedida antes do in\u00edcio da greve e tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 recorrendo da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Resposta da Prefeitura<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Em nota, a prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente, por meio da Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o (Seges), informou que est\u00e1 em estudo uma nova proposta a ser enviada ao sindicato ainda nesta semana. A Seges monitora os impactos da greve e est\u00e1 fazendo o levantamento do balan\u00e7o da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, a lei permite que os pontos sejam cortados, mas, por enquanto, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 registrar as faltas e futuramente podem ser fruto de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com o sindicato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O or\u00e7amento dispon\u00edvel \u00e9 de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es, sendo R$10 milh\u00f5es do Fundeb para os professores e R$ 10 milh\u00f5es para o SindServSV.<\/p>\n
