Um morador de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saovicente.sp.gov.br\/onepage\">S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a> celebrou a sua inoc\u00eancia ap\u00f3s novo julgamento, que comprovou que ele foi <strong>preso injustamente<\/strong>. O homem foi apontado como respons\u00e1vel por roubar um supermercado em 2019, mas junto com os advogados ele comprovou a inoc\u00eancia.~Ele ficou preso por mais de tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n<p>O caso ocorreu em um supermercado localizado no bairro Parque\u00a0S\u00e3o Vicente, no dia 17 de janeiro de 2019. Tr\u00eas bandidos entraram no estabelecimento e deram cinco tiros contra o seguran\u00e7a. A v\u00edtima sobreviveu ao ataque, passou por um procedimento cir\u00fargico e fez reconhecimento fotogr\u00e1fico de dois suspeitos ainda no hospital.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"67\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Por conta disso, Thiago Augusto foi considerado suspeito e permaneceu preso. Thiago j\u00e1 havia sido preso em 2011, quando foi condenado por tr\u00e1fico de drogas, e cumpriu pena por cinco anos. Ele trabalhava com o pai em uma oficina de carros. O jovem, por\u00e9m, alegou que n\u00e3o estava envolvido no caso, e que estava na casa da m\u00e3e da namorada, em\u00a0S\u00e3o Vicente, no momento do crime.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"71\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Imagens de c\u00e2meras de monitoramento mostraram que Thiago e os atiradores usavam roupas diferentes no dia do crime. As grava\u00e7\u00f5es, feitas no pr\u00e9dio onde ele morava com a m\u00e3e, mostram Thiago saindo de casa com uma bermuda vermelha e uma blusa branca com bolso preto, duas horas antes do crime. O circuito de monitoramento do mercado flagrou a a\u00e7\u00e3o dos assaltantes, e revelou que nenhum dos criminosos usava uma bermuda vermelha.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"39\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Al\u00e9m das imagens, os advogados Sirat Hussain Shah, Thiago Passos e Eduardo Elias, que defendem Thiago, conseguiram juntar outras provas. Um exame residuogr\u00e1fico realizado ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o atestou que n\u00e3o foi encontrado res\u00edduo de p\u00f3lvora nas m\u00e3os de Thiago.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\">A prova da inoc\u00eancia<\/h3>\n<p>Os advogados tamb\u00e9m questionaram o fato de a v\u00edtima ter dado o depoimento e feito o reconhecimento fotogr\u00e1fico apenas quatro horas ap\u00f3s tomar cinco tiros.<\/p>\n<p>O julgamento do homem aconteceu no \u00faltimo dia 15 de mar\u00e7o e ap\u00f3s ouvirem todas as exposi\u00e7\u00f5es da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e da defesa, os jurados decidiram absolver Thiago.
