Um homem de 28 anos foi preso em flagrante nessa quarta-feira (30) acusado de praticar estelionato e invas\u00e3o de um im\u00f3vel<\/strong> em Mongagu\u00e1<\/a>. Ele fez um falso an\u00fancio de venda de uma casa e quis extorquir a v\u00edtima exigindo um pagamento antecipado de R$ 5 mil.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o crime aconteceu no bairro Balne\u00e1rio Samas e os investigadores descobriram que uma casa foi invadida e estava sendo anunciada para venda por ele e outros invadores. O an\u00fancio foi parar na internet.<\/p>\n

Ao chegarem no local, os policiais civis descobriram que uma mulher que se identificava como corretora de im\u00f3veis levaria uma v\u00edtima, que era um homem de 33 anos, para conhecer a resid\u00eancia. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o era realizar a transa\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.<\/p>\n

O im\u00f3vel foi anunciado nas redes sociais por R$ 55 mil e o valor atraiu o interesse dele, mas tamb\u00e9m de outras pessoas. O comprador foi at\u00e9 o im\u00f3vel para conhec\u00ea-lo e foi informada, pelo suposto propriet\u00e1rio. Mas para garantir a venda deveria ser feito um pagamento de sinal no valor de R$ 5 mil. Contudo, o pedido n\u00e3o foi realizado, j\u00e1 que os policiais chegaram a tempo de impedir o pagamento.<\/p>\n

Em seguida, a equipe da Pol\u00edcia Civil localizou o falso vendedor e conseguiu prend\u00ea-lo em flagrante pelos crimes de invas\u00e3o de domic\u00edlio e tentativa de estelionato.<\/p>\n
