A defesa do r\u00e9u conseguiu reconhecer a tese. Ele iria pegar de 12 a 30 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime fechado. Mas no j\u00fari popular, acabou sendo condenado a dois anos de pris\u00e3o por les\u00e3o corporal. O crime aconteceu em 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a senten\u00e7a, ao ser interrogado, o r\u00e9u admitiu ter desferido golpes de faca contra a v\u00edtima, mas porque estava se defendendo. O documento detalha que a v\u00edtima morreu por anemia aguda, devido \u00e0s\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">14 facadas que atingiram \u00f3rg\u00e3os vitais<\/span>\u00a0atrav\u00e9s do abd\u00f4men.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"62\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico denunciou o acusado por homic\u00eddio qualificado por motivo f\u00fatil e pelo emprego de recurso que impossibilitou a defesa da v\u00edtima. Na reuni\u00e3o do j\u00fari, ap\u00f3s a decis\u00e3o, a representante do \u00f3rg\u00e3o de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o requereu aos jurados a condena\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u nos mesmos termos da den\u00fancia, o que o sujeitaria a uma pena de 12 a 30 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"47\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Apesar de o r\u00e9u ter dito que agiu sob leg\u00edtima defesa, a mulher da v\u00edtima afirma que seu ent\u00e3o marido havia sa\u00eddo sem qualquer tipo de arma para tirar satisfa\u00e7\u00f5es com o r\u00e9u, que teria a ofendido. Ela tamb\u00e9m disse que o r\u00e9u sempre causou confus\u00f5es familiares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"60\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Diante do exposto, o MP concluiu que, ainda que houvesse leg\u00edtima defesa, ela n\u00e3o poderia prevalecer diante da quantidade de facadas em partes vitais que o r\u00e9u desferiu contra a v\u00edtima. Mesmo assim, os jurados acolheram o argumento defensivo, no sentido de que o excesso de golpes de faca foi culposo, e portanto n\u00e3o haveria intens\u00e3o de matar a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<div class=\"content-intertitle\">\n<h3>A senten\u00e7a<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"62\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A decis\u00e3o foi tomada na \u00faltima sexta-feira (8). A ju\u00edza respons\u00e1vel pelo caso condenou o r\u00e9u por les\u00e3o corporal, e apesar do acolhimento \u00e0 leg\u00edtima defesa, o condenou a dois anos por homic\u00eddio culposo.
