Agora o Twitter<\/a> passa a ter um novo dono. Nesta segunda-feira (25), foi anunciado que Elon Musk<\/strong>, o homem mais rico do mundo, comprou a rede social ap\u00f3s fazer a transa\u00e7\u00e3o de US$ 44 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong> (aproximadamente R$ 215 bilh\u00f5es).<\/p>\n

A tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que o neg\u00f3cio seja fechado ainda em 2022. Mas para isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que haja a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o formal dos acionistas da empresa e dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os regulat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n

Fundada em 2006, a plataforma tem mais de 315 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios mensais. Com a compra, segundo o Twitter, a companhia passa a ser uma companhia de capital fechado. Isso significa que a empresa n\u00e3o vai mais oferecer suas a\u00e7\u00f5es na bolsa.<\/p>\n
