A Comiss\u00e3o Processante da C\u00e2mara de Guaruj\u00e1 fez uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao pol\u00edtico na ter\u00e7a-feira (26), exigindo que ele apresente uma defesa pr\u00e9via nos pr\u00f3ximos dias.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1lter Suman est\u00e1 afastado do cargo por ser suspeito de liderar uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. O grupo teria desviado verba p\u00fablica da \u00e1rea da Sa\u00fade, segundo investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"44\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Comiss\u00e3o, composta pelos vereadores Fernando Martins dos Santos, conhecido como Peitola (MDB), Santiago Angelo (PP) e Carlos Eduardo Vargas (PTB), se reuniu no in\u00edcio desta semana para analisar a den\u00fancia feita contra o chefe do Executivo e para dar prosseguimento ao processo.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Ap\u00f3s ser notificado pela Comiss\u00e3o Processante, o prefeito afastado ter\u00e1 o prazo de\u00a0dez dias para apresentar, por escrito, uma defesa pr\u00e9via. O documento deve conter provas e no m\u00e1ximo dez testemunhas. Segundo a comiss\u00e3o, um parecer deve ser enviado em at\u00e9 cinco dias, para saber se a den\u00fancia ser\u00e1 arquivada ou se o processo vai continuar.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Comiss\u00e3o Processante<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"54\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Esta \u00e9 a segunda Comiss\u00e3o Processante criada para analisar o processo de impeachment contra o prefeito, que foi afastado em mar\u00e7o deste ano.
