O motivo foi porque PAulethe disse que n\u00e3o seria chamada para ocupar a cadeira da C\u00e2mara durante as f\u00e9rias do vereador Daniel Sim\u00f5es (PP) porque haveria uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para que isso n\u00e3o fosse feito.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"61\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Pauleteh, que \u00e9 travesti e\u00a0conhecida na cidade por ser dona de um carrinho de tapioca que emprega pessoas da comunidade LGBTQIA+, acusou a a\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara de barr\u00e1-la como um ato de transfobia, j\u00e1 que a lei org\u00e2nica municipal prev\u00ea a possibilidade de ela assumir o posto de vereadora na aus\u00eancia de um titular e isso n\u00e3o foi cumprido.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"33\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Durante a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do caso e ajuizamento da a\u00e7\u00e3o, Pauleteh mobilizou uma campanha apoiada por entidades ligadas \u00e0 diversidade e nomes como a vereadora paulista Erika Hilton e a deputada estadual Erica Malunguinho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"47\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Na decis\u00e3o, o magistrado ressaltou que a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser imediata.
