No \u00faltimo m\u00eas de novembro a empresa foi fazer a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o sistema Pix, do Banco Central, e de forma indevida transferiu quase R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para contas banc\u00e1rias de outros grupos.<\/p>\n<p>A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi revelada por meio de documentos do processo compartilhados com Cointelegraph. Agora o Ita\u00fa ter\u00e1 de buscar o recebimento dos bancos do Brasil, Bradesco, Sicred, Bacoob, Nubank, Banco Original e Banco Inter.<\/p>\n<h3>Justificativa<\/h3>\n<p>Por meio de nota o Banco Ita\u00fa justificou a abertura do processo. &#8220;Em raz\u00e3o de um erro sist\u00eamico, foram realizadas transfer\u00eancias indevidas e, portanto, em excesso para as contas banc\u00e1rias dos bancos favorecidos. Esse tipo de falha sist\u00eamica ocorre com alguma frequ\u00eancia no \u00e2mbito das institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o processo aberto pelo Ita\u00fa as transfer\u00eancias realizadas de forma indevida em duplicidade totalizam o importe de R$ 966.392,86. O Ita\u00fa alega\u00a0que embora a falha tenha sido exclusivamente dele em seu sistema, os demais bancos estariam &#8220;cientes da falha sist\u00eamica&#8221;\u00a0e que, segundo o Ita\u00fa, mesmo sabendo da falha n\u00e3o devolveram o dinheiro para o Ita\u00fa e ainda permitiram aos seus clientes utilizar o valor transferido indevidamente.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;E os R\u00e9us, ainda que cientes da falha sist\u00eamica quando o valor ainda estava sob a sua inger\u00eancia, ao inv\u00e9s de devolverem o valor indevido ao Autor, permitiram a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o dos cr\u00e9ditos nas contas dos correntistas destinat\u00e1rios, impedindo o estorno e causando o enriquecimento sem causa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao qual ora se pleiteia devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de valores&#8221;. pede o Ita\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o documento do Ita\u00fa, compartilhado com o Cointelegraph, assim que constatou a falha,\u00a0o banco entrou em contato imediatamente com alguns correntistas para que estes contatassem os destinat\u00e1rios das transfer\u00eancias e resolvessem a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de forma imediata.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tanto que alguns valores foram recuperados. Em paralelo, o Ator enviou e-mails aos R\u00e9us (outros bancos), onde relatou o ocorrido, especificou os valores e solicitou o imediato estorno.
