No atendimento ao caso,\u00a0 a equipe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policiamilitar.sp.gov.br\/unidades\/ambiental\/index.html\">Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental<\/a> foi ao local para coibir qualquer il\u00edcito penal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/queimada.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-53899\" src=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/queimada-390x220.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a>Na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o os Agentes perceberam que a queimada estava sem controle no loteamento industrial. As chamas atingiram a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa em est\u00e1gio inicial de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o, com \u00e1rea correspondente a 6,919 ha, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o competente.<\/p>\n<p>O Corpo de Bombeiros foi acionado e impediu a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do fogo.<\/p>\n<p>O local \u00e9 regularizado para loteamento industrial, e durante a queimada, diversas \u00e1rvores nativas e parte de uma \u00e1rea verde foi destru\u00edda.\u00a0N\u00e3o havia no local aceiro ou qualquer prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra inc\u00eandio presumindo a responsabilidade pelo fogo aos propriet\u00e1rios da \u00e1rea queimada.<\/p>\n<p>Diante tal fato a equipe elaborou o multas aos tres donos da \u00e1rea no valor total de R$ 171.245,25. A \u00e1rea agora est\u00e1 embargada.
