Um tribunal de Pequim<\/a> condenou um homem a indenizar a mulher pelo trabalho dom\u00e9stico que desempenhou durante o casamento.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o foi tomada\u00a0no julgamento\u00a0de um pedido de div\u00f3rcio feito\u00a0pelo homem.<\/p>\n

A mulher argumentou no\u00a0tribunal que o marido pouco ou nada tinha contribu\u00eddo para o trabalho dom\u00e9stico e para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos filhos ao longo dos cinco anos de casamento\u00a0e exigiu uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O tribunal decidiu que a mulher tem\u00a0direito a uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 6\u00a0mil euros e a um pagamento mensal de mais de 250 euros.<\/p>\n

A senten\u00e7a foi dada ap\u00f3s uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o no C\u00f3digo Civil chin\u00eas. At\u00e9 agora s\u00f3 previa uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o desse g\u00eanero se estivesse prevista em acordo pr\u00e9-nupcial. (agenciabrasil)<\/p>\n
