Com isso ele recupera os direitos pol\u00edticos e poder\u00e1 ser eleg\u00edvel novamente.<\/p>\n<p>Os julgamentos envolvem os casos do triplex do Guaruj\u00e1, do s\u00edtio de Atibaia, al\u00e9m das doa\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas ao Instituto Lula. Segundo o STF, a 13\u00aa Vara Federal do Paran\u00e1 n\u00e3o tinha a compet\u00eancia para o julgamento, j\u00e1 que o titular era o ex-juiz federal S\u00e9rgio Moro e para a ocasi\u00e3o n\u00e3o deveria ser o &#8220;juiz natural&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, Edson Fachin declarou a &#8220;perda do objeto&#8221; e ainda extinguiu 14 processos que tramitavam no Supremo e questionavam se o Moro agiu com parcialidade ao condenar Lula. A decis\u00e3o de Fachin tem car\u00e1ter processual. O ministro n\u00e3o analisou o m\u00e9rito das condena\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Embora a quest\u00e3o da compet\u00eancia j\u00e1 tenha sido suscitada indiretamente, \u00e9 a primeira vez que o argumento re\u00fane condi\u00e7\u00f5es processuais de ser examinado, diante do aprofundamento e aperfei\u00e7oamento da mat\u00e9ria pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal&#8221;, diz nota divulgada pelo gabinete do ministro.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O futuro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"29\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Agora, os processos ser\u00e3o analisados pela Justi\u00e7a Federal do Distrito Federal, \u00e0 qual caber\u00e1 dizer se os atos realizados nos tr\u00eas processos podem ou n\u00e3o ser validados e reaproveitados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;Com a decis\u00e3o, foram declaradas nulas todas as decis\u00f5es proferidas pela 13\u00aa Vara Federal de Curitiba e determinada a remessa dos respectivos autos para \u00e0 Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria do Distrito Federal&#8221;, diz a nota do gabinete do ministro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"65\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;Inicialmente, retirou-se todos os casos que n\u00e3o se relacionavam com os desvios praticados contra a Petrobras. Em seguida, passou a distribuir por todo territ\u00f3rio nacional as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que tiveram in\u00edcio com as dela\u00e7\u00f5es premiadas da Odebrecht, OAS e J&amp;F.
