Elas aconteceram nas cidades de Itanha\u00e9m e Santos e no total o valor da multa chegou a R$ 5 mil e duas autua\u00e7\u00f5es aos respons\u00e1veis<\/p>\n

Em Itanha\u00e9m, os policiais foram informados que no bairro Biporanga, uma casa tinha p\u00e1ssaros capturados sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Chegando no local eles encontraram as gaiolas com um papagaio verdadeiro, um sanha\u00e7o cinzento e um coleirinho papa capim. Nenhum dos animais tinham sinais de maus tratos e todos estavam bem cuidados.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso tamb\u00e9m foi encontrada uma gaiola do coleirinho que estava acoplada em um bat\u00ea armado, que serve como armadilha para atrair outros p\u00e1ssaros. O respons\u00e1vel foi multado em R$ 1 mil por usar uma esp\u00e9cime e mais R$ 2 mil por conta do cativeiro. O papagaio e os outros p\u00e1ssaros foram apreendidos.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 em Santos, a Pol\u00edcia Ambiental foi atender a den\u00fancia de mais tratos contra uma arara. O caso aconteceu no R\u00e1dio Clube, Zona Noroeste de Santos e ao chegarem, encontraram mais animais silvestres, al\u00e9m da arara. Haviam um trinca ferro e um coleirinho papa capim. N\u00e3o houve qualquer autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o das aves.<\/p>\n

O respons\u00e1vel foi multado em R$ 2 mil pelo crime de cativeiro e as aves foram apreendidos e levados para o Parque Estadual Xixova Japui.<\/p>\n
