Quem nunca brincou de pega-pega<\/strong>. \u00c9 mas a brincadeira neste caso n\u00e3o tem um cunho saud\u00e1vel e alegre. Em S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a>, um surfista invadiu uma praia para praticar o surf e a Guarda Municipal correu atr\u00e1s pra deter o acusado.<\/p>\n

A cidade, assim como todo o Litoral Paulista est\u00e1 com a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas nas praias. Mas esta pessoa burlou a lei e quis surfar no local. As imagens viralizaram nas redes sociais e os internautas criticaram a postura do homem.<\/p>\n

O caso aconteceu na Praia do Itarar\u00e9, e o surfista correndo em alta velocidade dos guardas, que tentam alcan\u00e7\u00e1-lo com a viatura. Em seguida, ele entra no mar com a prancha para n\u00e3o ser abordado. Mas outros surfistas estiveram no local e uma pessoa que n\u00e3o quis se identificar relatou a ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

“Ali, n\u00e3o houve nenhuma agress\u00e3o. Os GCMs s\u00f3 tentaram abordar ele, mas n\u00e3o deu tempo. Inclusive, tinha outros surfistas na praia. Foi inusitado, est\u00e1vamos passando e vimos quando aconteceu. Ele estava correndo naquela velocidade do v\u00eddeo mesmo, deu a volta pela viatura e entrou na \u00e1gua”, contou.<\/p>\n

Resposta da Prefeitura<\/h3>\n

Questionada sobre a fuga do surfista, a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente informou que lamentou profundamente que pessoas ainda insistam em descumprir as regras da pandemia em um momento t\u00e3o grave como o que est\u00e1 sendo enfrentado na cidade e em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

“Somente o trabalho de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do poder p\u00fablico n\u00e3o basta para mudarmos este cen\u00e1rio, pois o comportamento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental neste processo. O homem que aparece com uma prancha fugindo da viatura deu um p\u00e9ssimo exemplo”, disse a administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A prefeitura ainda informou que, por mais que os agentes tenham tentado abordar o surfista, o mesmo entrou no mar, onde a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem como ser feita com a mesma efetividade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o munic\u00edpio, seguindo as determina\u00e7\u00f5es do Governo do Estado, e em cumprimento aos decretos municipais 5490-A e 5491-A, que tratam do uso obrigat\u00f3rio de m\u00e1scara, mediante multa para quem n\u00e3o respeitar a determina\u00e7\u00e3o, e da proibi\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso e perman\u00eancias \u00e0s praias da cidade, a Guarda Civil Municipal realizou, neste \u00faltimo fim de semana, mais de 1.400 abordagens por descumprimento \u00e0s regras de acesso e perman\u00eancia \u00e0s praias, e oito multas foram aplicadas pela aus\u00eancia da m\u00e1scara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Conforme a administra\u00e7\u00e3o, as pessoas tamb\u00e9m podem colaborar denunciando \u00e0 GCM pelo telefone 153, quando flagrarem atitudes que v\u00e3o na contram\u00e3o dos decretos estabelecidos na cidade.<\/p>\n
