No Centro da cidade, comerciantes e empres\u00e1rios foram at\u00e9 a porta da Prefeitura cobrar o fechamento do com\u00e9rcio, devido ao lockdown, onde somente servi\u00e7os essenciais podem funcionar. J\u00e1 na Praia do Itarar\u00e9, os surfistas exigiram a reabertura da praia.<\/p>\n<p>A Guarda Municipal de S\u00e3o Vicente, junto com a Pol\u00edcia Militar foram at\u00e9 o Pa\u00e7o Municipal para garantir a ordem e evitar poss\u00edveis atos de vandalismo e tamb\u00e9m poss\u00edveis invas\u00f5es. Segundo a Prefeitura, no decreto 5495-A estabelece regras em diversos setores. Fica suspenso o funcionamento dos estabelecimentos comerciais, com\u00e9rcio ambulante e prestadores de servi\u00e7o. Fica proibido o consumo de alimentos e bebidas, das 20h \u00e0s 6h do dia seguinte, em locais p\u00fablicos, como pra\u00e7as, ruas, avenidas, pra\u00e7as, parques, jardins e orla.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1280px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-6213-1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/03\/whatsapp-video-2021-03-25-at-16-01-33.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/03\/whatsapp-video-2021-03-25-at-16-01-33.mp4\">https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/03\/whatsapp-video-2021-03-25-at-16-01-33.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<h3>Praia<\/h3>\n<p>J\u00e1 na Praia do Itarar\u00e9, um grupo de surfistas invadiu a faixa de areia e protestaram contra a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o do local. Al\u00e9m disso, questionaram a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica do surf. Segundo pessoas que moram pr\u00f3ximas ao local, os surfistas foram com as suas pranchas para as areias da Praia do Itarar\u00e9. O objetivo do grupo era entrar no mar, mas os guardas municipais estavam ali para impedir que os manifestantes atingissem esse objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>O l\u00edder do movimento pediu para que todos fossem para a \u00e1gua e alguns dos surfistas presentes entraram no mar. A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente respondeu que \u00a0&#8220;compreende o anseio de v\u00e1rias categorias que, neste momento, precisam cumprir as determina\u00e7\u00f5es mais restritivas em virtude do avan\u00e7o da pandemia\u201d, diz trecho da nota.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com a Prefeitura, n\u00e3o existe a possibilidade de reabertura das praias do munic\u00edpio nesse momento. \u201cA Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal cumpre o Plano SP, do Governo do Estado e uma for\u00e7a-tarefa est\u00e1 nas ruas para fiscalizar a conduta dos mun\u00edcipes, fazendo valer o decreto municipal 5495-A. As praias seguem interditadas e a pr\u00e1tica do surfe proibida. A Guarda Civil Municipal concentra os esfor\u00e7os na orla e seguir\u00e1 coibindo as irregularidades.
